Base58 to Bytes
Decodes Base58 string into raw byte array
Overview
Decodes a Base58 string back into a raw byte array (Uint8Array) using the selected alphabet (bitcoin or flickr). Leading 1 characters (in the Bitcoin alphabet) are restored as leading 0x00 bytes in the output buffer.
When to Use
- Decoding Base58-encoded public keys, addresses, or identifiers into raw
Bytesfor signature verification or hashing.
